For MDF and joinery spraying, we use a professional two-component coating system developed for high-end interior joinery, combining a high-build epoxy primer with HMG Nisocoat 2K topcoat to produce an exceptionally smooth, durable, factory-quality finish. Engineered specifically for MDF, hardwood, softwood and bespoke joinery, the system delivers outstanding adhesion, excellent build properties and a flawless surface ready for premium finishing. The epoxy primer fully seals porous MDF, preventing moisture ingress while reducing fibre raising and edge absorption that can compromise conventional paint systems. Its high-build formulation fills minor imperfections, allowing sharp edge definition and a perfectly flat substrate after sanding. When correctly applied and prepared, the primer creates an exceptionally stable foundation that maximises topcoat adhesion, improves impact resistance and significantly extends the service life of the finished coating. HMG Nisocoat 2K provides outstanding hardness, flexibility and resistance to everyday wear, making it ideal for kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, internal doors, stair components, skirting boards, architraves, cabinetry and bespoke furniture. The advanced coating technology offers excellent resistance to scratching, scuffing, household cleaning chemicals, moisture and UV exposure, while maintaining exceptional colour stability and a refined factory-quality appearance for years.
